Significant numbers of our clients are involved in transactions outside the United States, and/or based outside the United States, and our attorneys are often called on to handle international matters. We have represented clients in countries including England, Italy, Ukraine, India, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, Liechtenstein, Russia, Iraq and Jordan, and we maintain contacts in these and other countries with local firms knowledgeable of the local laws.

Our attorneys handled the legal work for a joint venture in the former Soviet Union, developing a local and long-distance (international) phone system, and have lectured to law-school and bar groups in Far East Russia. We are currently advising companies doing business in the Middle East, including Iraq, and have been called on, as well, to counsel both Iraqi business and political leaders. We represent Canadian companies in the U.S. and internationally. We represent both U.S.-based clients with existing international operations and those negotiating to expand into international markets.
