HSPRD attorney Adam Snyder spoke at the third annual “Birth Injuries & the Law: Clinical Challenges and Medical Malpractice” held in Las Vegas recently. Adam, along with a panel of leading physicians, nurses, and attorneys from around the country discussed hot topics in birth trauma litigation, how to promote best practices in obstetrical care, and prevent birth injury lawsuits. Adam focuses his practice on the defense of hospitals, nurses, and physicians in medical malpractice matters. The majority of his practice concentrates on the defense of birth trauma and wrongful death matters and issues involving women’s health. He has defended more than 70 medical malpractice matters, about half of which involved perinatal or neonatal injuries or death
