Our commitment to diversity is not only measured by how many diverse professionals we employ, but also by the encouragement and support we give these professionals to do great work and achieve individual success both inside the firm and in our community.
The firm expresses its encouragement and support of our diverse workforce in the programs and benefits we offer our employees. Among other things, HSPRD offers flex-time schedules and part-time employment for attorneys at both the partner and associate level and insurance benefits to domestic partners of firm employees.
In addition to HSPRD’s own policies, HSPRD provides funding for and supports organizations addressing issues of diversity within our communities, including the Illinois Coalition for Immigration and Refugee Rights, Heartland Alliance, MALDEF, and Women Employed.
