| Experience: Juliet Berger-White represents clients in an array of complex litigation, including the areas of civil rights, class actions, labor and employment, and general commercial litigation. She has successfully litigated several employment cases under the First Amendment on behalf of public employees. She joined the firm in 2001. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Berger-White served as a law clerk for two years to the Honorable Barbara B. Crabb, Chief United States District Judge of the Western District of Wisconsin. Ms. Berger-White was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1999 and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. |
| Honors, Education, and Activities: Ms. Berger-White received a J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law in 1999, and a B.S., with distinction, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, in 1995. During law school, Ms. Berger-White worked at Northwestern University's Legal Clinic and AIDS Legal Council of Chicago. She also served as an editor of Northwestern University Law Review and traveled to Tanzania to conduct research on the country's juvenile justice system. |
