| Experience: Mr. Weiner's practice has expanded to include the representation of plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury actions. Mr. Weiner has also represented the health care industry in the defense of medical malpractice actions, as well as in transactional and real estate matters. Mr. Weiner was an Assistant Illinois Attorney General in the Antitrust Division and a DuPage County Assistant State Attorney in the Criminal Division. While employed by the government, Mr. Weiner was in court every day and had numerous jury trials. |

Mr. Weiner is admitted to the Illinois Bar and to the General and Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a graduate of the University of Denver Law School (J.D., 1988) where he was a member of the Transportation Law Journal (which is affiliated with the Transportation Lawyers Association). |
