Marta Delgado

Marta Delgado is an associate with HSPRD.  She has concentrated her practice in the area of immigration and naturalization law since 1998.  She joined the firm in 2010.  

Ms. Delgado assists individuals and families in their efforts to obtain legal status in the United States or apply for naturalization, including preparing and filing any waivers that may be necessary.  She also represents individuals in removal proceedings, including appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals, to assist them in avoiding deportation. 

She routinely represents clients before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, the U.S. Department of State, and numerous U.S. consular posts worldwide.
