Richard Fred Johnson

Richard Johnson is a partner with Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd. He concentrates his practice in the areas of insurance law, transportation law, and personal injury. Mr. Johnson has over 30 years of experience in nearly all types of civil litigation, including construction, railroad, admiralty, commercial, and insurance.

Mr. Johnson has extensive experience in claims involving the hospitality industry. This includes hotels, restaurants, theaters, and bars. Mr. Johnson also has extensive experience in claims against municipalities and other local governmental entities and insurers, including zoning disputes, civil rights claims, tax issues, and wrongful termination claims. In addition, he is experienced in the defense of arson claims.

Mr. Johnson practices law in state and federal court, where he has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict.
