When a marriage ends, HSPRD represents clients in all aspects of the dissolution, including spousal support (maintenance), child custody, child support, visitation, education contribution, tax implications of property division, asset and financial management, marital and non-marital property determinations, parenting agreements and other related matters.  The Court also regularly appoints HSPRD attorneys to represent children in proceedings when custody is at issue. We know and understand what is important to the court if custody is at issue in your case.
