At the invitation of the Chicago City Council’s Finance Committee, HSPRD shareholder Joshua Karsh will testify before the Committee on June 15, 2016, in support of a proposed ordinance that would prevent companies that do business with the City from using or enforcing forced arbitration clauses in their agreements with customers and employees.
