HSPRD is proud to announce that partner Stacey Cischke has been named one of the "40 Illinois Attorneys Under Forty to Watch" as a result of the 2014 annual survey by Law Bulletin Publishing Company, publishers of the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin and Chicago Lawyer magazine.Individuals selected to the "40 Under Forty" list are recognized by other attorneys as the most talented and successful "up and comers" in Illinois. The Law Bulletin Publishing Company solicited nominations from across the state and received more than 1,400 nominations, making the selection process this year more challenging than previous editions. To maintain objectivity, attorneys cannot recommend themselves or attorneys from their law firm, corporation or public entity.About Stacey Cischke:Ms. Cischke has extensive experience in the representation of physicians, dentists and healthcare institutions. She represents several Chicago area teaching hospitals as well as individual physicians and practice groups. Ms. Cischke handles all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation planning and strategy. She has tried a number of medical malpractice cases to verdict and frequently speaks to physicians and medical practice groups. Ms. Cischke is an Adjunct Professor of Law in the Online Legal Education Beazley Institute for Health Law and Policy, Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and she co-authored a chapter titled “Principles for Strategic Discovery” in the book "Principles of Risk Management and Patient Safety."
