Since 2022, HSPRD has represented hundreds of drivers who worked for Super Ego affiliated motor carriers in a class action lawsuit alleging that Defendants paid them less than their contracts required, made unlawful deductions from their wages, and paid them less than the federal minimum wage.

On March 31, 2026, U.S. District Court Judge Bridget Meehan Brennan granted plaintiffs’ motion for class certification in Dunn et al. v. Cuyahoga County.
